Friends remember Kenosha mother found dead; suspect released early from jail
Stephanie Birn was found dead inside a residence on the 5700 block of 13th Avenue in Kenosha Saturday afternoon. Giselle Gibson, one of Stephanie's closest friends, said she "had a big heart."
