Franklin mayor’s disciplinary record at MCSO shows allegations of sexual harassment and cheating on exam

Mayor John Nelson spent months fighting in court to also have his records with the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office sealed. Just like in Waterford, he was accused of sexually harassing a female officer at the MCSO, but that's not the only allegation against him.
