The Southridge and Mayfair Malls have announced that they will be closed until further notice.

Southridge Mall updated it's website with, "On March 17, Governor Evers ordered all enclosed shopping malls in Wisconsin to close in response to COVID-19, effective at 5pm, March 17. Accordingly, Southridge Mall® is temporarily closed."

Mayfair Mall said on it's website, "Following the Department of Health Services Emergency Order #5 issued today (“the Order”), Mayfair Mall will temporarily cease operations as of 5:00 on March 17, 2020."

There is no timetable for when the malls might open again.

This comes after Gov. Evers announced that the state would ban gatherings of 10 or more people.

Some of the restaurants are still offering delivery and carry-out options. The malls recommend that you call the restaurants for more information.
