Warmer weather expected throughout the weekend

and last updated

We officially turn the page to winter at 10:19pm this evening, but it certainly doesn't feel like it! With abundant sunshine, highs reached near 50 degrees today. It may not be what some of you want or had in mind leading up to Christmas, but it sure did feel nice. Skies become partly cloudy tonight with lows in the 30s.

We keep it rolling with the quiet and mild weather tomorrow and much of next week. We may even be a couple degrees warmer tomorrow and Monday. More clouds will move in for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and then there is a small chance for a few sprinkles or light showers on Thursday.
