Jones played in 15 games last season, making four starts. He recorded one sack.
The Packers selected Jones in the first round in 2013. He totaled nine career sacks, and 58 tackles in four seasons with Green Bay.
Green Bay has been hit hard by free agency this year. So far, the Packers have lost defensive back Micah Hyde, guard T.J. Lang, linebacker Julius Peppers, running back Eddie Lacy, and center J.C. Tretter. They also released veterans Sam Shields and James Starks earlier in the offseason.
