If you recently lost your health insurance, and are worried about how you can afford to pay for coverage, there are some good options that you may want to consider.

But you need to act quickly.

In many cases, you may only have a 60 day special enrollment period.

Some employers may allow you to continue coverage under COBRA.

However, there could be some options that are less expensive. If your income is low enough, you could be eligible for free coverage through BadgerCare Plus.

If you do not qualify for Badgercare Plus, there could also be some low cost options available through the marketplace.
