They have the awards and the wings to back it up. They've adjusted the way they do their business because of this pandemic.

"Everybody got shut down, and we're like 'what do we do now?'" says owner Lori Hassett. "The biggest thing is to keep our employees employed. So for the first time ever, we went to take out... well, first we went to take out, and now it's curbside only."
What makes these wings unique is the way they are prepared and their special sauce.
"There are only two people that know the recipe for that sauce, and I'm one of them," Hassett says. "But I think just how they do it is special. We're on the 'top 26 wings to try before you die.' There's a Buzzfeed article that has us matched up around the world with like Singapore, London. It's really flattering."
