Cobb teamed up with Prevea to release Prevea Gets Cooking with Cobb: Randall’s Favorite Kid-Friendly Recipes this summer.

The book offers recipes to help motivate everyone to eat healthier in the New Year, but also offers easy and quick recipes, perfect for any lifestyle.

“My platform as a professional athlete allows me to influence people in a positive way,” said Randall Cobb. “This cookbook gives families something fun to do, and allows them to spend more time together in the kitchen and try different foods.”

The cookbook offers recipes grouped into categories of healthy, 5 to 15-minute meals, 20 to 30-minute meals, 45 to 60-minute meals and snacks and desserts.
