TOWN OF WILSON — Firefighters with the Town of Wilson got a flying surprise on their way back to the station Wednesday.
While driving back, a turkey flew into and broke the windshield of the firetruck.
The windshield was pushed out of the frame and into the Lieutenant that was sitting in the truck. He only had very minor injuries.
The turkey flew all the way into the cab of the engine. The turkey was taken out and didn't have any injuries.
