MILWAUKEE — Hey all you cool cats and kittens, the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame Museum has just unveiled two new talking bobbleheads featuring Carole and Howard Baskin.
The Baskins recently gained a large following on social media after the Netflix show "Tiger King" took off. The show tells the story of how the Baskins and their Big Cat Rescue rivaled "Tiger King" Joe Exotic.
Now, the two are getting their very own talking bobbleheads thanks to the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame Museum.
The new bobbleheads are expected to ship in August of this year. However, pre-sale has already begun.
Each talking bobblehead will have three catchphrases, including "hey all you cool cats and kittens," and will be $25 a piece with an $8 shipping fee.
The Baskins were all for the idea when the museum approached them regarding the creation of the bobbleheads.
“I never dreamed I would become a bobblehead, but I laughed out loud when Phil Sklar from Bobblehead Hall of Fame contacted us and I thought ‘sure, let’s have some fun with this in the midst of this difficult time’” said Carole.
Howard’s immediate reaction was “what a totally different way to build awareness of the Big Cat Public Safety Act – let’s do it!”
The bobbleheads are only available through the museum's online store which can be found here.
