WAUKESHA COUNTY -- A 17-year-old girl who was reported missing over the weekend in Waukesha County has been located.
The Village of Summit Police Department Police report Montana Skye Romero was reunited late Monday night with her family in the Chicago area.
Montana was reported missing by her family Saturday night. Police say she was last seen riding her bike to work near Highway 18 & 67 in Dousman, but never arrived there. Police later learned Montana "was seeking advice on how to run away and not be located" before she disappeared.
Police are thanking everyone who contributed to the search.
