MILWAUKEE — The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating a deadly crash that happened Monday morning.
Police responded to the 1700 block of West Hopkins Street around 3:21 a.m.
According to police, a vehicle was traveling fast and the driver lost control. The vehicle then struck a tree.
The driver, a 38-year-old female, was the only person in the vehicle. She was pronounced dead on the scene.
