MILWAUKEE — A 49-year-old Milwaukee man died after being shot near 40th and Florist Sunday evening, police say.
Milwaukee police said the shooting happened around 7:12 p.m. The victim died from gunshot injuries at the scene of the shooting.
Police said they have a suspect in custody. Criminal charges will be referred to the district attorney's office.
