WISCONSIN - GasBuddy released a study revealing the top-rated gas station restrooms in each state.
Kwik Trip took the cake for Wisconsin.
The study wanted to match drivers with their "Perfect Pit Stop" during summer, which is the peak driving season.
Gas stations needed a minimum of 20 locations in a state to be considered in the analysis. The data was collected from September 2016 through April 2018.
GasBuddy's 2018 summer travel study found that 37 percent of the respondents feared the uncertainty of cleanliness when stopping to use restrooms.
Frank Beard, an analyst at GasBuddy, stated, “We all understand the high level of stress when it comes to needing to use the restroom while on the road."
