A 29-year-old Glendale man has been charged with one count of child pornography possession.
Jonathan Richardson is accused of downloading over 100 thumbnails believed to be inappropriate visuals of children, according to a criminal complaint.
Following an executed search warrant last July, a detective identified 15 images specifically depicting child pornography with children between 4 and 9 years old.
Richardson has denied downloading and viewing the content but said the photos were originally accessed late 2016/early 2017 when he was in a "rough state" due to mental health issues.
