MILWAUKEE — As we move away from the scariest days of the Covid-19 pandemic, experts are finding evidence of developmental delays in babies' language skills.
A baby begins processing sounds and words well before they can talk. Most babies heard fewer voices as families stayed home or limited their time with others. There are things that parents and caretakers can do to get their kids back on track.
