MOUNT PLEASANT — Last Saturday, a man was found walking and kicking traffic barrels into the street near Green Bay Road in Mount Pleasant.

Officers arrived and identified the man as Jordan Polack, who was charged with disorderly conduct. Officers noticed his eyes were half shut when he was talking, he had a cut on his hand and smelled of alcohol.

Officers discovered that he was on probation and had alcohol restrictions, according to a news release. Polack then reportedly recorded a 0.224 on his PBT test.

Once under arrest, Polack began shouting homophobic slurs and black racial slurs at the officers, they said. He did this the entire way to the hospital and then began to yell those same slurs to the hospital staff, police said.

Once cleared from the hospital, Polack was taken to Racine County Jail.
