MILWAUKEE — In the face of anxiety, the owner of a consulting company is giving free half-hour sessions to help entrepreneurs find their runway to relief.

A Milwaukee man is helping organizations pivot during this pandemic.

The main concern Milwaukee consulting business Spearity is hearing is this: How long can we last during a Safer at Home order before money runs out?

CEO Darren Fisher’s infectious optimism is relieving so many who otherwise could not afford his sound advice.

He assures them, “This is going to pass. There is going to be an opportunity from this.”

Fisher also pivoted his business during this pandemic, “Part of that is we have to get everyone in the room together to talk about different ideas well we cant do that so how do we still support them and move the process forward virtually.”

He is passing on what he has learned to his clients, including a photography business that is temporarily shut down. He suggested “How can you develop a [safe] social distancing program, so that when this gets lifted day one she's ready to go to book people and get started right off the bat.”

He created an app for organizations to keep track of everyone still trying to work together from home.

He explained, “Now they're able to track and measure that remotely which is awesome so they're still staying on track still crushing their goals.”

His last piece of advice for everyone, is to not let this pandemic keep you from pursuing your dreams.

Spearity was just awarded a $1,000 grant from LISC Brew City Match Grant to help keep these free 30-minute consulting sessions going.
