3 rescued after boat sinks near Bradford Beach

MILWAUKEE -- Three people were rescued from Lake Michigan after their boat sunk Saturday morning.

First responders were called at approximately 5:40 a.m. to Bradford Beach in Milwaukee.

The occupants were found about one mile east of the beach.

The Milwaukee Fire Department said the boat was not visible and is likely at the bottom of the lake.

All three occupants were assessed at the scene and are expected to be OK.
