Test Up MKE launches website to slow the spread of misinformation amid pandemic

MILWAUKEE -- Coronavirus spread through the Latino population on the south side like wildfire this summer. The Department of Health Services is making sure this does not happen again.

The websiteis now available in Spanish to help better slow the spread of this disease.

The co-chair of Test Up MKE shares the new website they launched a week ago, to slow the surge of misinformation, "Any questions you have this site is there for you, it is in 5 languages: English, Spanish, Burmese, Hmong and Arabic."

She points out the Latino population has been over-represented in the category of essential workers since the beginning of this pandemic.
