More and more celebrities are throwing their hats into the Saturday Night Live ring for a chance to mock members of the Trump administration.
Emmy winner Christine Baranski is the latest actress to express interest in parodying a member of President Trump's cabinet.
In a Vanity Fair interview, Baranski volunteered to play new Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos, noting their similarities.
"It would seem somewhat logical -- we have that strong jawline, don't we?" she told Vanity Fair. "I can play people with whom I drastically disagree. The sketches have been unbelievable all through the election, and the post-election. So yeah, we could have a revolving door of people playing the cabinet members and all."
For years, the show has found its voice in political imitations, and the most recent jabs have been directed at Trump and his staff.
Last week's sketch featuring Melissa McCarthy as White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer garnered national attention.
On Monday, comedian Rosie O'Donnell announced on Twitter that she is "here to serve" if asked to impersonate Assistant to the President and Chief Strategist Stephen "Steve" Bannon. (Currently Bannon is portrayed as the Grim Reaper.)
@calvininsf - i am here to serve - alec has trump - melissa has spice - i would need a few days to prepare - so if called - i will be ready

O'Donnell went as far as changing her Twitter profile picture of herself as Bannon, a photo created by a fan.

Tuesday, comedian Margaret Cho tweeted volunteering to play Ben Carson, the nominee for secretary of Housing and Urban Development.

In a Wednesday Access Hollywoodinterview, actor Billy Baldwin and younger brother of Alec Baldwin said he wants to "keep it in the family". Alec has impersonated President Trump countless times and Billy wants to imitate Eric Trump.
"I'll play, like Eric Trump," Baldwin said. "I've got the slicked-back hair. I'm a little old for that, but yeah. Because I just have to sit there and go, 'Duh.'"
Twitter users are throwing around other suggestions, including actor Leslie Jordan as newly sworn-in Attorney General Jefferson "Jeff" Sessions.
Many stars want in on the action so it's only a matter of time before others join the bandwagon.

With this weekend's show hosted by Trump impersonator Alec Baldwin, only time will tell what SNL has planned.
