Showers likely return Wednesday with highs below 60

and last updated

Wow..that was a big change in weather with rain, clouds, gusty NE winds to 30 mph and temps in the 50s - typical for late October. Keep that umbrella and jacket close for this evening and overnight as rain showers will be likely along with the chilly temps and the brisk NE wind.

Scattered showers are still likely on Wednesday with clouds and temps struggling to get to 60. We will see another half inch or more of rain by Wed evening.

As the storm system moves out, Thursday improves a little with some sun, highs in the lower 60s and only an isolated pop up afternoon shower. Friday is even nicer with sunshine and highs in the upper 60s...that is still 7 degrees below normal.

We get back into the lower 70s on Saturday, but showers and t'storms are likely. Sunday is also in the lower 70s, but it is much nicer with a lot of sunshine.
