It’s been a beautiful, breezy Saturday with temperatures climbing into the low to mid 70s. Most of the state has managed to stay dry but there are some scattered showers over eastern Iowa that may try to make it into our area.

Expect a slight chance for some isolated showers early tonight then mostly clear skies with lows in the upper 40s. Sunday will be another beautiful day with mostly sunny skies and highs in the upper 60s and lower 70s.

After a cold front moves through the area Sunday night, Monday will be much cooler. Most of Monday will be partly cloudy and dry but late in the afternoon there will be a chance for some scattered showers; expect highs in the upper 40s and lower 50s.

On Tuesday and Wednesday there will be a chance for scattered showers otherwise expect partly cloudy skies with highs in the low to mid 50s.
