Sunshine, warmer temperatures expected this week

and last updated 2020-06-15 23:51:34-04

After another sunny but chilly weekend, and lows in the 40s this morning, the weekday warming trend began today with high of 70. The sun was out and the humidity was very low. It will not be as chilly tonight as this morning with lows in the lower 50s and a calm breeze. Tuesday continues to warm up with a high of 76 in Milwaukee to 84 inland. Humidity stays low and a SE breeze will develop cooling the lakefront to near 60 in the afternoon.

Wednesday is sunny and beautiful with a high of 80 and 8 inland. The humidity stays comfortable and the SE breeze cools the lakefront down in the afternoon. Thursday is 83 in Milwaukee to 90 inland, and we finally start to feel the humidity on Friday with highs in the mid to upper 80s. There is also a chance for scattered t'storms in the afternoon. After a month of cool weekends, we break that trend this weekend with highs in the 80s, humid air and afternoon t'storms...typical June weather.
