Cloudy and cool end to the weekend

and last updated

Sunday will be cloudy with spotty showers possible throughout the day. Afternoon highs will only warm into the mid 60s, giving us a fall-like feel for early September. Skies remain cloudy overnight as rain chances take a break. Monday morning lows will be in the upper 50s.

Monday will be warmer with highs in the low 70s. Look for partly cloudy skies with the chance for a few scattered storms later in the evening. Rain with a few storms will be more likely for the overnight as lows fall into the mid 60s.

Scattered storm chances will continue off and on for Tuesday and Wednesday as highs jump into the 80s. At this point, we are not expecting any storms to be severe. Our best chance for storms this week will be Thursday into early Friday with our next cold front.
