MILWAUKEE -- Two people were hurt and several others are being helped by the Red Cross following an apartment fire on Milwaukee's west side.
It happened around 10 p.m. Sunday -- near the intersection of 23rd Street and Kilbourn Avenue.
According to the Milwaukee Fire Department, the fire started on the second floor of the three story building. The fire was contained to one room and the cause of the fire appears to be electrical.
Everyone was able to make it out safely.
