MILWAUKEE -- A new generation of "Favre Watch" was born Thursday when Hall of Fame quarterback Brett Favre told ESPN Milwaukee he hasn't ruled out a return to the Green Bay Packers in some shape or form.
Appearing on ESPN Milwaukee's "Wilde & Tausch" on Thursday, Favre said he's thought about making a return to Lambeau Field as part of the coaching or front office staff.
"I'd never say never. I believe that would be a dream job, working as a coach there or in some form of administration," Favre said.
ESPN reported Favre said he would wait to make any return to Titletown until his youngest daughter, who will be a freshman at Southern Miss this fall, finishes her education and volleyball career.
Favre retired (for the final time) in 2010 after a legendary 16-year career with the Green Bay Packers. He also spent time with the Atlanta Falcons, New York Jets, and Minnesota Vikings.
