RACINE — The Racine St. Catherine's basketball team has their eyes set on bringing home a Gold Ball this season. They're off to a great start right now sitting at 18-0 on the season.

They are led by Kamari Mcgee and Tyrese Hunter, who is looking to his basketball game to the next level.

McGee says "We've been all playing together since we've been little kids, either playing against each other or playing with each other, that plays a major role in our success."

"We come together every day, you can see us in practice we go hard we know what we want this year," said Hunter.

"There's enough distractions with social media with people around town talking about them that stuff is all nice. I know people mean well. Our practices are sacred to us they mean something, when we're here together and working together and were in a huddle together that's the stuff that really counts," said Head Coach Nick Bennett.
