Khris Middleton and his Milwaukee Bucks teammates are in the middle of their Eastern Conference semifinal series against the Celtics.

Middleton helped even the series at a game apiece with a solid performance in Game 2, tallying 28 points in Milwaukee's 123-102 victory.

Middleton is one of 10 nominees for the 2018-19 Seasonlong NBA Cares Community Assist Award, presented by Kaiser Permanente. Each of these players has shown an incredible commitment to his community and making a positive impact off the court.

Voting continues until Sunday.

Last year's winner was Kevin Durant of the Golden State Warriors.

If you'd like to vote, you have two ways. One is via a Jebbit website. The other is by Twitter by using the #NBACommunityAssist hashtag and either the player’s handle or a hashtag with the player's first and then last name.

Middleton's Twitter handle is @Khris22m.
