Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Brett Phillips spent some time on the battlefield in Fortnite on the big screen in Miller Park on Tuesday.
He posted about his experience playing the popular online video game on Instagram, saying, "Out here living my best life playing Fortnite on the Jumbotron."
Fortnite has grown massively in popularity this past year. Gamers can stream their experience live through services like Twitch, where famous Fortnite player Tyler "Ninja" Blevins has gained nearly 7 million followers.
Ashland University in Ohio is even offering a scholarship to talented Fortnite players. It's part of the university's eSports program, which has teams for other games including League of Legends, Overwatch, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Rocket League.
