In July of 2016, Joni Nogay was the guardian for her father, Donald, on his Stars and Stripes Honor Flight. The experience was so moving to Joni, she was convinced that she had to do more to help the organization. She went on to volunteer for the organization, and two years ago she started the We Run - They Fly 5K. Joni joins us to discuss the event and how you can get involved!
