Help us help local babies in need. Our Friends at Sentry Foods are once again the collection site for our TMJ4 Community Baby Shower. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic some major changes needed to be made to help keep everyone safe. The biggest change is that instead of asking customers to bring in physical donations of diapers, baby formula, toys, infant clothing and other badly needed items on one day, we are running the event for the entire month of February and are asking customers to make monetary donations at the registers instead.
Customers will be able to purchase pink and blue $1 or $5 paper Baby Bottles or Diaper pins at the register when they checkout. This will allow Sentry to support local organizations in need by using the money raised to buy the needed items and donate them directly to local organizations.
Kerry Jeanpierre is a co-owner at Sentry Albrecht's Delafield Market. She join us to talk about their 15 year involvement in the baby shower.
Organizations benefiting include: Gerald Ignace Health Center, New Horizon Center, La Causa Crisis Nursery, Women’s Center of Waukesha, Family Peace Center, Most Prized Possession Services, Big Foot Food Pantry/Walworth County Food Pantry.
