For many months now we’ve been dealing with a viral threat. Some experts now call it Pandemic Fatigue – a sort of mental breakdown. It can cause exhaustion, anxiety, depression and a feeling of malaise. It’s affecting our lives in many ways – we're afraid of getting sick, losing our jobs, missing out on sports/activities/school, losing loved ones, especially if they’re elderly.
