Most adults and children are now attending work and school via technology, which means screen time is definitely up for countless people. However, staring at a screen for long periods can have averse effects on an individual's health. Melissa Westendorf, Founder of the Technology Wellness Center, joins us today to talk about healthy technology habits, and six rules to make working at home easier.

Melissa's rules for working adults:
1. Relax the rules for your kids
2. Try to maintain a new schedule
3. Cut off electronic use at least 1 hour
4. Take a legitimate lunch hour
5. Work in exercise or movement
6. Keep your weekend
