We met fitness trainer Adam Von Rothfelder a couple years ago when he was featured in the NBC reality fitness competition show "STRONG". Since then, the Milwaukee native has moved out to California and is doing some pretty exciting things! Adam is back on the Yellow Couch to fill us in on everything he's been doing.
