Adults and children may hear of sex trafficking, but there are not many who understand it. The community is unaware of where it takes place, what a victim looks like, and most importantly what a trafficker looks like. The child sex trafficking scene looks different city to city, state to state and country to country. That's why Shayvon McCullum, founder of the nonprofit Secure Bridges, believes raising awareness is the number one key.
