A Fair-Worthy Breakfast You Can Make At Home

In honor of the Wisconsin State Fair that was suppose to take place this week, Chef Kate Lulloff from Jones Dairy Farm shows us how to make a fair-inspired breakfast sandwich. It has chicken and pork sausage, cheese curds and eggs on funnel cake bun! Jones Dairy Farm is a sixth generation family-owned and operated business based in nearby Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin that has been making breakfast sausage from the same family recipe for more than 130 years. Although best known for sausage, Jones Dairy Farm also makes a host of other breakfast meats with simple ingredients including naturally smoked ham and Canadian bacon, dry aged, hickory and cherrywood smoked bacon and braunschweiger.
