Specialty Purebred Cat Rescue (SPCR) started in 1999 and is now celebrating 20 years of saving purebred cats, as well as providing care for special needs cats of all breeds. In just the last three years alone, they've helped 1800 cats find loving homes. SPCR is a foster-based rescue, with over 30 volunteer foster homes in 6 Midwest states.
