MILWAUKEE — The St. Paul Fish Company has been the anchor restaurant inside of the famous Milwaukee Public Market for nearly 16 years.

"The company was founded by Tim and Beth Collins in 2005," said general manager JP Toske. "It was one of the original vendors in the market building ."

Tim and Beth have been in the fish business for about 35 years and they know the ins and outs of it. Management remains grateful for the continued community support over the years. Especially during tough times like this.

"It was really amazing," Toske says. "We opened up three weeks ago today. This is our third week of re-opening the business and it's been really overwhelming. We have so many great, loyal customers who came out. They were bringing flowers and they were tipping our staff nicely."
