"Peruvian food is so good because we have a mix of cultures," owner Maritza Paz said. "We have influenced different countries. We have influenced Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, African flavors, they all combine to make one mix."
Social media has been big for Maritza during the pandemic.
"I do more social media," she said. "We need to understand that social media is everything now. My restaurant is very important on social media because everything I do for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter every day, I do for myself. Another important thing is the price. The price is not too high."
