OAK CREEK — Hospitality Democracy is partnering with Valentine Cafe Oak Creek for a new pop-up bbq joint in downtown Oak Creek.
The pop-up, called 'Smoke Shack,' will be serving up "lip-smacking, southern-style eats" on Nov. 20-21 and again Nov. 27-28, starting at 3:30 p.m, according to a Hospitality Democracy statement Monday.
Valentine Cafe Oak Creek, located at 7981 S. 6th St., will host the pop-up, and will be offering grab-n-go menu items and pre-order family meal packages.
"The bbq meats are humanely raised, dry rubbed and slow smoked in small batches. Smoke Shack’s offerings will include their traditional smoked black angus beef brisket and pulled pork as well as signature sandwiches," as Hospitality Democracy describes the pop-up.
