MILWAUKEE — While many restaurants are open for dine-in service with restrictions, Buckley's Restaurant and Bar has decided not to open for seating inside just yet.

"We're excited to get back open and doing what we love," says owner Britt Buckley. "But in the meantime, it was more about creating an approach that everyone is comfortable with and creating an approach that the guests are going to feel comfortable with and our staff is comfortable with."

So, for now, they'll stick to their amazing curbside and carryout plan.

"People have been getting a busy signal and not being able to not get their order in, so we solved that by putting in place a new phone system and the end of the second week that solved that problem. Streamlining the process and making sure that we had a script for everybody to work off of when answering the phones."
