Milwaukee-based Harley-Davidson is working to create the first fully motorcycle-licensed town in the country in Ryder, North Dakota.
At the beginning of the month, Harley-Davidson began offering the entire town – estimated population 85 – the opportunity to learn to ride, and become licensed motorcycle riders.
