About 34,000 Fisher-Price cradle swings are under a recall notice after reports the seat falling.
The recall affects the following models of Fisher-Price cradle swings:
- CHM84 Soothing Savanna Cradle 'n Swing
- CMR40 Sweet Surroundings Cradle 'n Swing
- CMR43 Sweet Surroundings Butterfly Friends Cradle 'n Swing
The product number is on the seat under the pad.
The company has received two reports of a peg coming out from the seat, causing it to fall. No injuries have been reported from the reports.
The swings were sold from Nov. 2015 through March 2016 at buybuyBaby, Target and Amazon.com for about $170.
Fisher-Price recommends children stop using the cradle swing and contact Fisher-Price for assembly instructions at 800-432-5437.
