West Bend police arrested a woman Wednesday for OWI 4th Offense and Violation of Ignition Interlock Device.
Police arrived to the scene at Washington St. and 18th Ave. on reports of a vehicle crash at 2:42 p.m.
Upon arrival they noticed a woman in one of the vehicles was intoxicated. The officer recovered an open bottle of Fireball in the vehicle and noted that there was not an ignition interlock device that was required based on previous OWI convictions.
The female performed and failed the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and was arrested for OWI-4th Offense and Violation of Ignition Interlock Device. She was also cited for having an open intoxicant in the vehicle.
