MILWAUKEE — Lanes that were closed on both sides of I-43 near North Avenue have now reopened, according to the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office.
A jackknifed semi was causing delays Thursday morning.
The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office said the lanes were closed due to a two-vehicle semi crash.
