President Trump is celebrating the findings of special counsel Robert Mueller's Russia investigation.
The attorney general released a summary of the report Sunday which found no evidence the President Trump's team worked with the Russians to influence the 2016 presidential election.
Mueller's report still did not exonerate the president on possible obstruction, however. But Attorney General William Barr concluded the conduct did not reach the threshold of a crime.
