(KALB)  New details and evidence have been released in the case of two Louisiana law enforcement officers charged in the shooting death of 6-year-old Jeremy Mardis.

Body camera video from a third responding officer was submitted as evidence by the State in a pretrial hearing on Wednesday.

The State argued that as the shooting begins, you can see Jeremy's father, Chris Few, with his hands raised before Derrick Stafford and Norris Greenhouse, Jr. opened fire.
In the video, Officers Norris Greenhouse and Derrick Stafford can be seen in the aftermath of the shooting as more officers descend on the scene.

For a time, Few is lying on the ground after falling out of his vehicle.

The dead body of his 6-year-old son Jeremy remains buckled in the passenger seat.
