Knapp was among nearly 40 contestants who competed in the last stages of the competition but unfortunately, fell just a bit short.
Despite coming up short, Knapp says he's proud of himself.
"To come this year and to do well in Denver and go to Vegas and perform well enough to get me stage two, there's definitely more I want to accomplish with it," Knapp said.
Knapp says he plans to compete again.
