MADISON — On Christmas Eve, a man from North Freedom was arrested by Wisconsin State Patrol Deforest Post for his 10th OWI.
Wisconsin State Patrol received a call about a driver going the wrong way on the ramp from I39/90 eastbound to highway 12/18 westbound in Madison, also known as the Beltline Interchange.
With help from DOT traffic cameras, authorities were able to follow the vehicle and stop the driver shortly after the report.
